Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 days, except on weekends and holidays. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay processing times.


Shipping Time and Costs

All orders are shipped using UPSG Express. Free shipping on all orders over $100.

We offer standard shipping within the United States, which is calculated based on pincodes and zones. As for delivery times, most orders are delivered within 3-7 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and the carrier used for shipping.


Order Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You will receive periodic updates via email/message with the status of your order. If you have not received such an email and believe your order is delayed or missing, please contact Customer Service.


International Shipping

Unfortunately, we do not currently offer international shipping on this US site. If you are an international customer and are interested in purchasing our products, please send us an email at support@hobolite.com and we will provide you with the corresponding shopping platform. Learn More.


Shipping Restrictions

Due to restrictions of shipment from our carrier partners, we are unable to ship orders to Alaska, American Samoa, Guam, Hawaii, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Armed Forces Americas, Armed Forces Europe, Armed Forces Pacific. Orders made to any of these addresses will be canceled.


Delivery Issues

While we try our best to ensure that your orders arrive in perfect condition, sometimes things happen during shipping that are beyond our control. If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately so that we can resolve the issue. We will work with you to either replace the damaged item or issue a refund, depending on your preference.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to obtain the correct information and reship the package at an additional cost. Please make sure to double-check your shipping address before placing your order to avoid any delays or additional costs.
